Payment Options Clients who choose one of these packages receive substantial discounts to my hourly rate, as they retain a set block of time for my services each month.

Retainer Terms: A three month minimum commitment is required, and may be automatically renewed or modified at the end of the term. The first month's retainer fee, along with the signed Work Agreement must be received prior to work before started. Additional hours worked over the monthly plan will be billed at the same discounted hourly rate! Unused time will not be carried over to the next month's billing cycle. Incidentals, additional hours worked, and the next month's retainer payment will be billed on the last business day of the month. Payment of invoices are due upon receipt. Payments not received by the 10th of the month are considered late and are subject to a monthly late fee of 1.5% of the total invoice. A 30-day written notice initiated by either party is required for cancellation of the agreed upon terms of the Work Agreement.
Top of Page This plan works well for those who are new to working with a Virtual Assistant and may be unsure of how many hours they'll need on a month to month basis. This also works well for those who may not require a VA's services on a consistent monthly basis. Terms: A minimum of three (3) hours is required at the agreed upon billable rate.
