These are products I use in my business and highly recommend: Uploading Large Files Need to send large files and don't want to clog up email? I love to use a free service I'd discovered called SendSpace to upload and receive files. No registration is required, and you can upload up to 300MB or 5 files at a time. All you have to do is enter the email address of the person you want to send files to, and upload your files, including a description if you like and submit. An email will be sent to the person with links to the files you've uploaded (a copy is sent to you as well!). They can then download the files you've sent to their hard drive for their use!. Did I mention I love this service? I do! And so do my clients! Conference Call Service
FreeConference.com - I use this service all the time to schedule conference call with three or more people. This is another free service (I love free!) where you only pay the cost of a long distance call to use. Since so many have unlimited long-distance in their plans, this is a great service to use to bring together members of your team, tele-coaching calls or even use to hold informational seminars with your target market! Fax Services I use MyFax.com for all my incoming and outgoing faxes and I just love it! For only $10.00 a month, I can receive up to 200 pages, and send out up to 100 page. All incoming faxes are received right to my Inbox as an Adobe .PDF file I can print out or save to my hard drive. It includes an Outlook add-in so I can send a document right from my system via email!
